- able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping for extensive periods of time
- able to tolerate extreme temperatures and noise levels in the work area

Job Duties
- assist with front line food preparation procedures
- wipe down tables and maintain a clean dining room and parking lot
- ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service
- provide consistent quality product portions
- maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment while abiding by all safety rules, policies and procedures
- follow verbal and written instructions including reading recipes
- work rapidly and accurately during rush periods
