Job Requirements

valid food handlers card
ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
team-oriented mindset
willingness to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

proven experience as a cook in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
valid food handlers card
knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
strong culinary skills with attention to detail
ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
effective communication and time management skills
servsafe food safety manager certificate is a plus

Job Duties

prepare meals according to menu specifications and quality standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
collaborate with culinary team members to develop and execute menu items
support catering and special event food preparation as needed
manage cooking equipment and utensils responsibly
