Job Requirements

  • valid food handlers card
  • ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • team-oriented mindset
  • willingness to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a cook in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
  • valid food handlers card
  • knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • strong culinary skills with attention to detail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
  • effective communication and time management skills
  • servsafe food safety manager certificate is a plus

Job Duties

  • prepare meals according to menu specifications and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
  • collaborate with culinary team members to develop and execute menu items
  • support catering and special event food preparation as needed
  • manage cooking equipment and utensils responsibly
