Job Requirements
- Must be fully conversational in English
- 1 to 2 years culinary experience in a fast pace restaurant demonstrating entry-level cooking skills including quick serve, grilling, frying, etc.
- Must successfully obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation
- Able to lift 35 lbs. or more
- Supporting other cooks and working in a team environment
- Able to work varied hours/days including nights, weekends, holidays and during inclement weather as needed

Job Duties
- Work in OTG's prep kitchens and/or the line of one of OTG's fast casual concepts
- Support the back of house by prepping many of the ingredients
- Prepare food to the correct doneness, portion sizing and plating with identical contents and appearance for consistent presentation according to OTG specifications
- Control the quality of all food items prepared to OTG specifications and restaurant directions
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Operate all kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, and kettles
- Ensure uniforms are clean and professional
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and work toward customer satisfaction
