Job Requirements

  • food handler certification or equivalent as required by local regulations acquired at applicant's own expense
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for up to four hours
  • ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
  • ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife safely
  • ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts effectively

Job Qualifications

  • prefer some operations experience
  • knowledge of local or municipal food safety requirements
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
