Job Requirements
- food handler certification or equivalent as required by local regulations acquired at applicant's own expense
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
- ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife safely
- ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts effectively
Job Qualifications
- some high school
- prefer some operations experience
- knowledge of local or municipal food safety requirements
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to guide and train team members

- support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
