Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of one year food preparation experience in a commercial setting
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to pass a background check
Availability to work 10-hour shifts on a 5 days on/2 days off schedule
Commitment to following food safety and sanitation protocols
Strong dedication to working as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and recipes
Ensure quality customer service in the dining hall
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with the Food Service Team to meet daily operational needs
Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
Support a safe and positive environment for youth through food service activities
