Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and perform portion control tests
  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment by practicing clean-as-you-go
  • meet productivity goals by delivering quality work and completing tasks efficiently
  • keep the kitchen well stocked by thinking ahead and preparing for rush periods
