Job Requirements
- Two years experience in food service
- Commercial or institutional cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets desired
- County specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and to be maintained current
- Ability to prepare food in compliance with established safety policies
- Commitment to maintaining a sanitary work environment
- Full-time availability with variable shifts
