Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Expertise in essential cooking techniques including sauteing grilling roasting and butchery
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability able to work any day any time
- Proactive attitude with a passion for high-quality food and teamwork

Job Duties
- Execute food preparation and cooking with precision ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage and maintain your station keeping ingredients fresh and stocked
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency cleanliness and high standards
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and maintaining a positive team-oriented kitchen
- Follow recipes portion controls and food safety regulations
- Assist with kitchen operations as needed stepping up in leadership when required
