Job Duties

  • Prepare and marinate top-quality ingredients following exact recipes and portioning standards
  • operate multiple kitchen stations including falafel, kebabs, rotisserie, and sandwich or plate preparation with efficiency and precision
  • handle food preparation, cutting, portioning, and measuring to maintain ingredient integrity
  • keep cook line, refrigerators, walk-in refrigerators, and storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked using FIFO standards
  • work quickly and cleanly while upholding food safety, sanitation, and temperature standards
  • communicate clearly with team and management to ensure smooth operations
  • clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and cooking areas to maintain a safe kitchen environment
