  • Flip pancakes and hand-roll biscuits
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to company standards of quality and safety
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Work collaboratively with back-of-house team, coworkers, and management
  • Be knowledgeable about traditional, seasonal, and new menu items
  • Provide hospitality by delivering excellent food and service
