Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Stock and set up preparation and line stations
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, portion control, and specifications
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Cover or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
