Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce the batch cooking method
  • Ensure the quality and quantity of food produced throughout the service period using production sheets
  • Maintain open communication with line servers about daily food item information
  • Communicate regularly with management about product and supply needs
  • Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
  • Adhere to all Parkhurst Gold Standards and use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
  • Assist fellow team members whenever possible
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management
