Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a restaurant or foodservice environment
- culinary degree or certificate in Culinary Arts is preferred
- ServSafe certification is preferred
- excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- proficiency in spoken and written English is required to effectively communicate with team members, follow instructions, and ensure safety in the workplace

Job Duties
- Prepare all dining room foods (hot and cold) in accordance with high culinary standards and specifications
- maintain a strong knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and kitchen policies/procedures, and apply appropriate culinary techniques
- follow menu recipes and instructions from the Executive Chef to ensure meal orders are prepared accurately and served in designated areas
- portion food based on production schedules and recipe guidelines, while adhering to safe food handling practices and critical control temperatures
- operate all kitchen equipment safely and correctly
- ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and utensils during and after each shift
- consistently follow all kitchen policies and procedures
- perform other duties as required to support kitchen operations
