Job Duties
- Be the expert on our traditional, seasonal, and new menu items
- champion the company's standards of quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality that our guests expect
- exhibit teamwork with the back-of-house team, coworkers, and management
- prepare food items following Cracker Barrel's recipes and methods
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- handle multiple tasks simultaneously efficiently
- ensure guests leave full and happy every time
