Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cooking or kitchen work preferred but not required
- Ability to operate kitchen machinery including ovens, stoves, slicers, coffee machines, steamers, and mixers
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Manual dexterity and good auditory and visual skills
- Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- Physical capability to meet the demands of the job
Job Duties
- Inspect and clean food preparation and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary practices
- Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures by regulating kitchen equipment
- Monitor freshness of food and ingredients, rotate stock and follow labeling and dating procedures
- Cook and prepare foods by baking, roasting, broiling, steaming, seasoning, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients following recipes
- Prepare and serve food promptly to customers while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain food usage records and assist in inventory and forecasting preparation needs
- Communicate with supervisor about kitchen equipment and supply needs and adhere to company standards for safety, sanitation, and productivity
- Provide excellent customer service with attentiveness and professionalism
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
