Job Requirements

  • Food handler certification as per local/municipal requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • Guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • Performing all back of house responsibilities
  • Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Handling kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment
