Job Duties

  • preparing cooked foods following recipes and product directions
  • performing all station functions including fry, flat top griddle, pantry, and cooking eggs
  • communicating ticket times and potential issues to managers and servers
  • providing high-quality service to customers and associates consistently
  • cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment
  • following food safety and sanitation practices in line with HACCP standards
  • operating kitchen equipment and preparing ingredients such as peeling, cutting, and shredding fruits and vegetables
