Job Qualifications
- Two years of work or related experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Station ready to work at scheduled time and in proper uniform
- Maintain brisk and steady pace while working efficiently
- Follow recipes with 100 percent accuracy when prepping or producing menu items
- Perform portion control using scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards
- Keep kitchen and equipment clean and well-maintained, practicing clean-as-you-go
- Meet productivity goals by completing quantity and quality work in designated time
- Organize tasks and stock supplies before busy periods
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain safety by adhering to OSHA guidelines and safe food handling practices
- Receive, rotate, and stock food supplies
- Provide prep support as needed
