prior food preparation experience in a scratch kitchen
ability to follow recipes accurately
strong communication skills in English
availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
physical ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

must be able to follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients

high level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
ability to push, pull, reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

Ensuring ingredients and final products are fresh
ensuring all food and other items are stored properly
following recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
following prep lists
labeling and stocking all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
preparing ingredients for cooking by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc
operating equipment following safety standards
