Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand for up to four hours continuously
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work in hot and damp conditions
Ability to communicate verbally and listen attentively
Possession of finger and hand dexterity
Ability to wear protective coverings and adhere to hygiene protocols throughout shift

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior cooking or kitchen experience is advantageous
Ability to communicate clearly with team members
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of food safety practices
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare Applebee's menu items to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff
