Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Physical stamina to remain on feet and exert mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Willingness to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Commitment to frequent hand washing and maintaining cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety practices
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Follow all health and safety regulations including use of protective gear
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
