Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Operations experience preferred
- Food handler certification or equivalent as required by local municipality acquired at applicant's expense
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a hot and noisy kitchen environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage difficult situations
- Must meet eligibility for benefits if employed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
- Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
- Performing all back of house responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
- Managing inventory and ensuring proper food storage
- Adhering to food safety and local health regulations
