Job Duties
- Be the expert on traditional, seasonal, and new menu items
- Champion the company's standards of quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Exhibit teamwork with back-of-house team, coworkers, and management
- Prepare and cook meals following Cracker Barrel's recipes and methods
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Ensure guests leave satisfied with timely and well-prepared dishes
