Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • ability to obtain local/municipal Food Handler certification at own expense
  • capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for up to four hours
  • ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
  • must follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
  • preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • performing all back of house responsibilities
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
  • ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • collaborating with team members to optimize kitchen operations
