Job Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Open availability preferred
  • Reliable and punctual with good attendance
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food preparation or cooking role preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to read and comprehend recipes and food preparation instructions

Job Duties

  • Prepare and create nutritious dishes accurately and efficiently for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for food preparation
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte stations or operate a grill station
  • Attend work and show up on time for scheduled shifts with regularity
  • Reduce food waste by managing portions and minimizing leftovers
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
