The British Airways Lounge at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is currently seeking a full-time Cook to join their dedicated team. This position offers an hourly pay range of $24 to $26, reflecting Sodexo’s competitive compensation philosophy. The Cook role is pivotal in delivering exceptional food experiences to lounge guests, ensuring every dish served is prepared with care, skill, and adherence to the highest food safety standards. Working varied shifts, with open availability preferred, the Cook will collaborate closely with other team members to efficiently prepare and present a variety of hot and cold dishes across multiple meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events.

This role requires an individual who is passionate about food, customer service, and teamwork. The Cook will be responsible for accurately reading and following recipes, portioning ingredients, and cooking to meet quality standards and timely service delivery. Job Duties

  • Attend work and show up on time for scheduled shifts with regularity
  • Reduce food waste by managing portions and minimizing leftovers
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
