- Flip pancakes and hand-roll buttermilk biscuits
- Prep fresh ingredients for meals
- Maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness standards in food preparation and kitchen areas
- Collaborate with back-of-house team, coworkers, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Be knowledgeable about traditional, seasonal, and new menu items
- Exhibit excellent teamwork and hospitality in action
