Job Requirements
- some high school education
- food handler certification as required by local or municipal regulations acquired at applicant's own expense
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
- ability to work in a hot and noisy kitchen environment
