  • Ability to work weekdays during morning and afternoon/evening shifts
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an à la carte station and/or operate a grill station
  • Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned, varying among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
