Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of food service cooking experience or equivalent combination with culinary degree
  • Ability to read and write for comprehension of instructions and documentation
  • Basic arithmetic skills for counting and completing records
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be able to work on-site in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  • Availability to work shift one schedule
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary arts degree preferred
  • At least one year of food service cooking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read and follow equipment operating instructions and IFUs
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
  • Experience with hot food preparation preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Perform all duties related to the production of hot and cold food items
  • Monitor the quality of food items produced
  • Work closely with hot and cold food production teams to maintain product standards
  • Follow standardized recipes and production sheets
  • Assure food is produced according to sanitation and food safety standards
  • Maintain quality standards in cooking methods, presentation, portion control, and therapeutic diet restrictions
  • Participate in baking and special functions food preparation
