Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • basic understanding of food safety protocols
  • ability to follow established recipes and standards
  • capability to perform back-of-house kitchen duties
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
  • ability to use kitchen equipment safely including Chinese cook knife
  • compliance with local food handling certification requirements at own expense

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school education
  • some operations experience preferred
  • knowledge of local or municipal food safety requirements
  • certification such as Food Handler certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • performing all back-of-house responsibilities
