Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and staff
- Possession of finger and hand dexterity for using small tools
- Willingness to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely food preparation
