Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of menu planning, preparation methods, and inspection of food items
- Knowledge of principles of kitchen management, sanitation, safety, and personal hygiene
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow dietary guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and serve nutritional meals for Kupuna
- Support all activities in the kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure quality of meals served and service provided
- Comply with special dietary requirements
- Breakdown and sanitize food service locations and equipment
