This position is for the role of Cook 1 in the Main Kitchen within the Food & Beverage Department. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive wage of $34.20 per hour. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English for communication

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, set-up, clean-up and break down work station
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area including tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing
- Assist all culinary outlets as needed and work every kitchen station successfully
- Partner with supervisor to achieve daily challenges and assist with cook 2/3/4 development through guidance in prep and organization
- Prepare and cook food ensuring guests receive the best experience
- Fulfill special dietary and allergy requests and suggest new food offerings to improve guest experiences and drive revenue
- Report and correct kitchen imperfections and work with other positions to resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment
