Job Requirements

  • Two years previous food service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
  • Good teamwork approach to daily tasks
  • Do simple arithmetic
  • Able to follow oral and written directions
  • Be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure smooth service period
  • Execute recipes to the letter and assume 100 percent responsibility for quality of products served
  • Portion food products prior to cooking according to recipe specifications
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Follow and complete production sheets
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
  • Set up and tear down workstation
  • Use polite and professional communication style
  • Understand and utilize FIFO (First In, First Out)
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the leadership team
