Responsibilities include preparing and cooking diverse meals and snacks according to strict menu plans, including accommodating special dietary requirements. The individual will maintain rigorous hygiene and sanitation standards in line with state and federal regulations, oversee inventory and ordering processes to minimize waste and ensure supply adequacy, and contribute to meal planning alongside supervisors and city personnel.
