The role of Cook at this location offers a unique opportunity to join a talented culinary team focused on creativity, motivation, and passion for culinary arts. The Cook will support the Chef in preparing food products across different culinary outlets including kitchen preparation, cafeteria, banquet cooking, dining room service, and fine dining. Job Duties

  • assist the Chef in food production and fabrication for kitchen, cafeteria, banquet cooking, dining room, and fine dining
  • maintain adequate production levels with kitchen staff
  • develop cooking skills in various methods such as grill, sauté, and fry
  • prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables and cutting meat
  • create and maintain sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
  • ensure proper food storage and quality of ingredients
