The role of Cook 1 at Invited is an entry-level position critical to the daily success of kitchen operations within our clubs. As a Cook 1, individuals are responsible for the foundational tasks related to food preparation, workstation setup, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. This role offers aspiring culinary professionals an excellent opportunity to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive setting. Key responsibilities include assisting with food production under the supervision of more experienced cooks such as Cook 2 and Cook 3, ensuring food quality and presentation meet Invited's high standards, managing food storage, and supporting overall kitchen organization.

The Cook 1 works closely with the kitchen leadership, including the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef. The role requires a motivated individual with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute positively to the team atmosphere. This position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation protocols.
