The current opportunity is for the position of Cook I within Aronimink’s esteemed culinary team. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding dining experiences to the club’s esteemed members and guests. As a Cook I, an individual will lead and support kitchen teammates in a designated station, maintaining organization, cleanliness, and precision in all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include executing dishes according to specific recipes and high standards, handling the preparation, cooking, and plating of food for à la carte and banquet services, and skillfully operating kitchen equipment and knives.

The candidate must consistently apply food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the highest level of hygiene and customer safety. This role requires a passion for hospitality, food quality, and excellent service capabilities, with the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Successful candidates typically have at least two years of professional cooking experience in environments such as restaurants, clubs, hotels, or resorts, with strong skills preferred in stations like grill, sauté, or garde manger. Experience in catering or banquet settings is considered a valuable asset.
