Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of kitchen experience
- Valid food handler certification as required
- Ability to stand and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Capacity to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
- Capability to climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, twist, bend as required
- Visual acuity sufficient for the work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment
- Valid food handler certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Set up and organize workstation efficiently
- Prepare and store all food items required for the station following standards
- Maintain proper cooking techniques and consistent food preparation
- Receive and store goods according to kitchen requests
- Manage condiments, dressings, salsa, and soups usage
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen
- Communicate with Executive Chef or Sous Chef about food quality or presentation issues
- Interact professionally with members and guests accommodating requests
- Support fellow employees and foster positive team environment
- Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally
- Complete additional duties as assigned
