The Conveyor Technician role at Breakthru Beverage Group is a senior-level maintenance position focused on the company's conveyor and material handling systems. This role is critical in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of conveyor equipment, which supports smooth distribution processes across the company’s expansive network. The role demands a technical expert capable of performing advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, complex repairs, and full asset rebuilds. The Conveyor Technician acts as the site’s technical authority on conveyor operations, taking a proactive approach to equipment reliability and minimizing downtime through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Employees in this role are expected to lead diagnostics and repairs of mechanical and electrical failures, execute detailed maintenance plans, and support preventive maintenance activities. The ability to interpret electrical schematics and manage computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is essential. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $36.27 to $49.10, reflecting the expertise and experience required. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 pm to 4:30 am, providing a predictable workweek.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 8 years maintenance experience preferred
- proficiency with CMMS software
- strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- electrical diagnostic ability
- capability to read electrical schematics
- ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strict adherence to safety policies and use of PPE
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 8+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- demonstrated CMMS expertise
- strong organizational and analytical skills
- ability to balance hands-on maintenance with system administration
- strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Job Duties
- Lead advanced diagnostics and resolution of mechanical and electrical failures across conveyor and material handling systems
- perform complex corrective maintenance, including full asset rebuilds and system restoration
- replace and repair mechanical and electrical components within defined technical scope and safety standards
- execute, validate, and close out CMMS work orders with accurate documentation and repair details
- support and supplement preventative maintenance activities to ensure system reliability and performance
- analyze recurring equipment issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable corrective actions
- ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements
- provide informal technical leadership and mentorship to maintenance technicians, elevating team capability and troubleshooting effectiveness
- other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required
