The Conveyor Technician role at Breakthru Beverage Group is a senior-level maintenance position focused on the company's conveyor and material handling systems. The role demands a technical expert capable of performing advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, complex repairs, and full asset rebuilds. The Conveyor Technician acts as the site’s technical authority on conveyor operations, taking a proactive approach to equipment reliability and minimizing downtime through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Employees in this role are expected to lead diagnostics and repairs of mechanical and electrical failures, execute detailed maintenance plans, and support preventive maintenance activities. The ability to interpret electrical schematics and manage computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is essential. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $36.27 to $49.10, reflecting the expertise and experience required. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 pm to 4:30 am, providing a predictable workweek.
