Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move through narrow or confined spaces
- Ability to move over various types of surfaces including stairs and ramps
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to follow safety and security policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions
- Make introductions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
- Read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information and determine proper setup and timeline
- Respond to and try to fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
- Speak using clear and professional language
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Protect company assets
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Support team to reach common goals
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Visually verify information and inspect tools or equipment
