Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- minimum of two years convention services and or hotel operations experience
- five years experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator with increasing responsibilities in a high volume environment
- exceptional customer service skills
- superior interpersonal skills with an acute sense of detail
- ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support including answering phones, taking catering inquiries, assisting Convention Services managers
- act as administrative coordinator and liaison for the catering department
- sell and contract all events for 25 people or less
- service all sold events
- collaborate with Banquets and Conference Concierge to execute events
- organize and maintain the departmental filing system
- perform other related duties as assigned
