In this role, you will act as the heartbeat of our catering and convention services, working closely with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering & Convention Services to achieve ambitious revenue goals. Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with meeting planners, clients, and groups, ensuring every event is executed flawlessly and leaves a lasting impression. Your ability to manage and anticipate the needs of clients and guests will be key to making every celebration extraordinary.
Your daily responsibilities will include driving food and beverage sales while maintaining excellent guest relations, tracking market trends to introduce innovative ideas, and managing banquet operations with precision. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage and events
- Professional selling skills including opening, probing, supporting, and closing
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively
