We are currently seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to join our Food and Beverage team in a non-management, full-time position. This role is vital in delivering impeccable service and ensuring seamless execution of banquet events from start to finish. The Banquet Server will collaborate closely with coordinators and hosts to review event details, verify all guest arrangements, and manage setup according to the specific requirements of each banquet, including buffet and food station organization. This position requires attentiveness to detail to fulfill special event preparations and continuous communication to guarantee guest satisfaction throughout the event. The server is also responsible for adhering to all safety policies and procedures, reporting maintenance or safety concerns, and maintaining a professional appearance with a polished uniform.

Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- minimum of one year of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- must comply with safety policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance and uniform
- capable of performing physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and navigating confined spaces
