This position is for a Controls Engineer at Nestle’s Atlanta plant, with a focus on providing expert controls engineering leadership and support across production, engineering, and maintenance departments. The role involves hands-on responsibility for programmable logic controller (PLC) programming, HMI/SCADA systems, instrument calibration, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within automated processes and equipment. The Controls Engineer will design and approve electrical installations in alignment with relevant safety codes and standards, ensuring optimal reliability and performance of the plant’s power distribution infrastructure. This engineering role is pivotal in driving upgrades, maintaining up-to-date electrical documentation, and facilitating staff training, making it essential for sustainable and efficient manufacturing operations.

Compensation for this role ranges approximately between $90,000 and $124,000 yearly, reflective of experience, skills, and location factors.
