With a commitment to fostering a strong work culture, the organization offers hybrid work flexibility, comprehensive medical benefits covering 90 percent of premiums, and consistent merit increases tied to performance. The Controller role is a unique blended leadership position, combining accounting expertise and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) responsibilities. This position commands high visibility, providing an opportunity to influence business performance directly while leading a team responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and staff accounting functions. With an annual salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 plus a 10 percent bonus, this role also offers a clear path for career advancement in a supportive environment that values growth, mentorship, and professional development.
As the Controller, you will lead month-end closing processes and oversee comprehensive cash management functions. You will manage and develop a team of four, driving their professional growth while ensuring operational excellence. A significant part of your duties includes owning the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, as well as championing automation and process improvements to optimize finance operations. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you'll support data-driven decision-making that propels the company's continued success on a global scale.
Being a key player in both accounting and FP&A, this leadership role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes involving physical assets such as inventory and fixed assets. The position balances insider financial knowledge with broad exposure to global operations, cross-functional collaborations, and management responsibilities. Those who thrive in environments that offer stability, visibility, and long-term career growth will find this role especially fulfilling and aligned with their aspirations.
