The Control Center Operations Specialist at Bloom Energy plays a vital role within the Technical Support team by monitoring and troubleshooting system installations at customer sites. This position is based in San Jose, CA, and operates fully on-site during the 2nd shift from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The specialist is responsible for responding to system alarms, performing system actions, maintaining detailed logs of events and troubleshooting, analyzing and identifying the causes of system issues remotely, and supporting Field Service Technicians in resolving problems. Complex issues are escalated to supervisors and other groups as needed.

This role requires a positive and can-do attitude, strong motivation to work independently in a fast-paced setting, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and analytical capabilities are essential, as is the ability to work under minimal supervision and adapt to a 24/7 rotating shift schedule. Candidates with a high school or community college education are encouraged to apply.
