Job Duties
- manage incoming calls and greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- coordinate meeting room bookings and provide recommendations based on meeting requirements
- assist with catering arrangements for internal meetings
- oversee conference center activities ensuring proper setup and cleanup
- provide administrative support including scanning copying and coordinating equipment deliveries
