Job Duties

  • manage incoming calls and greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • coordinate meeting room bookings and provide recommendations based on meeting requirements
  • assist with catering arrangements for internal meetings
  • oversee conference center activities ensuring proper setup and cleanup
  • provide administrative support including scanning copying and coordinating equipment deliveries
