The Continuous Improvement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Manager role at Rich's is a highly specialized position focused on optimizing and enhancing IT infrastructure and business processes within the company. This role involves system architectural improvements, designing and integrating sophisticated IT solutions, and establishing methodologies to optimize existing applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities include setting up, migrating, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure in various environments including on-premises, standalone, virtual, cloud-based, and hybrid systems. A critical part of the role supports SAP ERP project implementations by configuring SAP modules like PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), and WM (Warehouse Management), developing and testing ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) objects, and integrating ERP processes with existing software applications.

The role requires strong programming skills with languages and tools such as C#, Visual Basic, VBA, Microsoft SQL Server, and Crystal Reports. The manager will document and analyze business workflows using UML methodology, develop sophisticated testing plans for integration and system testing, and supervise associated testing activities to reduce defects post-implementation.
The position requires close collaboration with various departments including Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, Research & Development, and Quality Assurance to translate their business needs into technical ERP requirements. This techno-functional role demands excellent project management skills, utilizing software like Trello and Microsoft Project to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of IT and non-IT projects. The role also deals with infrastructure management covering servers, mobile devices, networking equipment, operating systems, Office 365, VOIP, surveillance, backup, and antivirus solutions.
The Continuous Improvement TPM Manager is integral to supporting maintenance strategies such as Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Focused Improvement (FI), Planned Maintenance (PM), Early Innovation Management (EIM), and the People Pillar within continuous improvement frameworks. The manager will conduct zero loss and capacity constraint analyses, working with plants to develop TPM processes, provide training, and track improvement results against targets. Traveling up to 10% within the US to different plants is required.
This role demands a strong educational background in computer systems engineering or a closely related field, combined with relevant experience in ERP systems, data management, programming, and IT infrastructure support. The position offers a competitive salary of approximately $119,995 per year with a standard 40-hour workweek over five days. Rich Products Corporation emphasizes equal employment opportunities and provides reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants. This position is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to combine technical expertise with strategic continuous improvement initiatives in a globally recognized food company.
