As a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Aristocrat’s Tulsa Integration Center, you will play a critical role in advancing the company’s manufacturing operations by implementing world-class continuous improvement strategies. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range between $63,000 and $117,000 annually, with the exact offer based on experience, education, skills, and location. As part of a dynamic team focused on operational excellence, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, safety, and quality improvements in both warehouse and assembly processes, applying Lean manufacturing principles and various continuous improvement methodologies.

Your responsibilities will include mapping value streams, conducting time studies, and data analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization. You will employ tools such as A3 problem-solving, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5S with safety, Standard Operating Work, Gemba walks, Kaizen events, and visual management through shadow boards. Mentorship is key in this role, as you will coach team members to embrace Lean methodologies and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement throughout production and warehouse operations. A core focus will be on First Pass Yield analysis to reduce defects and improve product quality by leading targeted Kaizen events. Collaborating closely with quality and manufacturing engineering teams, you will propose mistake-proofing (poke-yoke) solutions and implement effective visual controls.

Innovation also plays a substantial role in the position; you will help identify and integrate new technologies that enhance production processes and operational efficiency. Preparing training materials and delivering presentations on world-class manufacturing techniques will support ongoing Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that the organization not only meets but exceeds its operational targets. This role requires up to 10% travel and may involve registration with regulatory bodies such as the Nevada Gaming Control Board depending on your responsibilities.
